The Challenge

A couple planning their dream lakefront wedding south of Orlando contacted Pure Clean Porta Potty Rental with a clear vision: they wanted restroom facilities that matched the elegance of their outdoor venue. The ceremony and reception would take place on the manicured grounds of a private lakefront estate — beautiful, but without permanent restroom facilities adequate for 200 guests.

The couple's requirements were specific:

• Restrooms that looked and felt like high-end hotel facilities, not portable units
• Climate control — the wedding was scheduled for a warm October evening
• Separate men's and women's facilities
• A private bridal suite restroom for the wedding party
• An on-site attendant to keep facilities immaculate throughout the 8-hour celebration
• Discreet placement that didn't disrupt the venue's aesthetic or lakefront views

Our Solution

We designed a luxury restroom package tailored to the couple's vision and the venue's layout.

Unit Selection

• 4 luxury restroom trailers (2-stall each) — Positioned as the main guest restroom facilities, with separate men's and women's entrances
• 1 luxury restroom trailer (single-stall, premium tier) — Dedicated bridal suite restroom for the wedding party, placed near the bridal staging area
• 1 luxury restroom trailer (2-stall) — Positioned near the catering area for vendor and staff use

Each trailer featured porcelain flushing toilets, running water vanity sinks with premium soap and hand towels, full-length mirrors, climate-controlled interiors, hardwood-style flooring, ambient interior lighting, and a sound system playing soft background music.

Aesthetic Integration

The couple's wedding planner worked with our team to ensure the trailers blended seamlessly with the venue decor. We positioned the trailers behind a natural tree line on the north side of the property, accessible via a stone-paver pathway lined with string lights that the wedding planner installed. From the main reception tent, guests couldn't see the trailers — they simply followed the lit pathway to elegant restroom facilities.

The exterior of each trailer was framed with potted greenery and floral arrangements provided by the couple's florist, making the restroom area feel like an extension of the wedding decor rather than a utilitarian add-on.

On-Site Attendant

We provided a dedicated on-site attendant for the full 8-hour event. The attendant's responsibilities included:

• Continuously monitoring all 6 trailers for cleanliness
• Restocking paper towels, soap, and toilet tissue as needed
• Maintaining fresh scent and tidy vanity areas
• Ensuring climate control systems were functioning properly
• Discreetly addressing any issues before guests noticed them
